In this Delivery Manager role, you lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within Evinova’s regulated health-tech environment. You’ll own architecture-aware planning, dependency management, and risk de‑rating, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership. You’ll apply AI-enabled delivery practices to accelerate outcomes while maintaining high quality. This is a hands-on, technically fluent leadership role with a strong focus on delivering real patient and clinician impact.

• Break down cross-team initiatives into technically coherent delivery plans
• Identify and actively manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, platforms, and partners
• Participate in architecture, design, and technical planning discussions and validate estimates
• Anticipate integration, environment, and release risks and coordinate work to de-risk them
• Translate engineering realities into product/business outcomes for informed leadership decisions
• Own delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives from framing to value realization
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive them to resolution
• Lead initiative governance and define cadence, metrics, and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain realistic integrated delivery plans grounded in underlying technical work
• Manage resources and delivery plans with accountability to leadership
• Ensure products comply with SOPs and policies
• Use AI tools to generate status summaries, analyze data, and draft communications
• Build AI-assisted delivery practices and surface risks earlier
• Stay current with AI-assisted work management improvements




• Drive continuous planning and maintain a unified portfolio view
• Track delivery maturity with data-driven metrics and monitor value realization
• Introduce financial accountability to delivery including budgets and resourcing
• Collaborate across Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Design Leads, and Customer Implementation Leads
• Navigate organizational and technical complexity and build trusted cross-team relationships
• Model a culture of delivery excellence and drive retrospectives and systemic improvements
• Represent delivery clearly in leadership forums
• Work with internal and external partners including global teams
• Explain what done means and ensure accountability to outcomes over activity
• AI adoption is integral and not optional
• Be ready to operate in highly regulated environments with production deployments
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in program or delivery management delivering complex, multi-team software xqbhyrx initiatives
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs in technology/digital product organizations, ideally in regulated environments
• Demonstrable technical depth in software architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, environments, CI/CD
• Hands-on background in software engineering, DevOps, or similar
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive outcomes without formal authority
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools (Claude, Copilot, GPT) and ability to describe impact
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience managing matrixed teams and working globally
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field; advanced degree preferred
