In this role you will translate advanced analytics into decision-ready real-world evidence for Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic (CVRM) development. You join a cross-functional team to design observational studies and scalable analyses that inform trial strategy, patient selection, and endpoints. You will apply epidemiology, biostatistics, and AI to deliver impact across the CVRM portfolio, driving faster, higher-quality decisions. Your work shapes study design and lifecycle decisions through robust methodology and transparent reporting.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and deliver observational studies and RWE projects from protocol to dissemination
• Translate findings into actionable, evidence-based recommendations for study design and milestones
• Conduct end-to-end analyses: cohort definitions, data feasibility, statistical analyses, and transparent reporting
• Apply robust observational study design, epidemiology, biostatistics, including causal inference and longitudinal analyses
• Work with claims, EHRs, registries and linked datasets, documenting methods and assumptions
• Develop AI-enabled analytics to accelerate phenotyping,



endpoint identification, and workflow automation
• Evaluate new methods/tools to improve delivery and analytical quality
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Data Science and stakeholders to align outputs with program decisions
• Uphold scientific quality, reproducibility, and transparency; contribute to coding standards and documentation
Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, public health, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of observational study design and real-world data interpretation xqbhyrx
• Experience applying machine learning or AI in healthcare data
• Practical experience with real-world data assets (claims, EHRs, registries, linked datasets)
• Experience applying quantitative methods such as comparative effectiveness, longitudinal analysis, causal inference, phenotyping, or predictive modelling
• Strong programming and data analysis skills in R, Python, and/or SQL
• Ability to manage multiple analyses/projects with focus on quality and timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Advanced English
