In this role you will architect business-driven, future-ready solutions for the Assets Insights team within RDT Digital Operations and Reliability. You will own the end-to-end SAM platform architecture, spanning on-prem and cloud deployments, and oversee Showback data engines. You will translate product needs into scalable designs, manage non-functional requirements, and guide engineering teams while addressing technical debt. You will shape integration pathways, data models, and APIs, and drive the multi-year SAM roadmap. This is a chance to influence how Roche manages assets and shows value across the enterprise.

• Design solutions that align with product requirements and enterprise standards; manage NFRs and fitness functions
• Lead complex problem solving and maintain the technology roadmap for multiple solutions
• Develop data models, taxonomies, ontologies, and integration pathways for assets data
• Define reference architectures, patterns, ADRs, and oversee vendor assessments




• Drive external technology trends and feasibility studies for SAM platforms and Showback
• Provide technical oversight to engineering teams and govern architectural governance
• Maintain governance documentation and ensure alignment with architecture community
Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based solutions in complex contexts
• Experience maintaining vision/roadmap for multiple solutions and assessing impacts on capabilities and risk
• Proven ability to mentor others and contribute to architecture practices
• In-depth knowledge xqbhyrx across multiple technology areas
• Proficiency in Conceptual u0026 Logical Data Models, taxonomies, ontologies, and integration pathways
• Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions
• Experience with API-driven integrations, data warehouse/lakehouse architectures, and Asset Management/FinOps tooling
• Strong communication and stakeholder negotiation skills
• Proactive in identifying value opportunities and leading teams through innovative solutions
