As Payroll Manager, you will lead the payroll function across multiple countries, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliation, and integration of payroll data with SAP. You’ll supervise a payroll team, standardize processes, and collaborate with People, Field Finance, FPu0026amp;A, and Fin Corporate to deliver timely, SOX-compliant reporting. You’ll drive continuous improvements, manage country-specific payroll nuances, and prepare data for stakeholders. This role offers influence over integral payroll scalability and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-moving, international environment.

• Oversee monthly payroll postings and reconcile payroll journals and accruals with SAP
• Lead and organize the payroll team, ensuring clear roles, documentation, and regular 1:1s
• Report team activity to VP Finance and Control and push process improvements
• Ensure timely SOX controls and documentation for payroll-related processes
• Manage month-end closing: review payroll journals, accruals, and balance sheet/Pu0026L impacts




• Harmonize payroll accounting across Criteo entities and integrate new countries or acquisitions
• Coordinate with People departments to validate payroll proposals and manage HR accruals (bonus, holiday pay)
• Support stock options/RSU accounting and cash forecasting processes
• Prepare PBCs for payroll with audit- and management-facing analyses
• Support ad-hoc payroll projects and field questions
Responsabilidades
• Minimum five years of accounting experience with payroll specialization for French and foreign entities
• Accounting qualification xqbhyrx (Business School / DSCG)
• SOX environment experience
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Experience in fast-moving, international environments
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
• Results-driven, highly organized, autonomous
• Excellent communication, collaborative, and flexible team player
• Strong Excel skills
