Key Skills: • Strong experience with

PowerShell, Python, Ansible & REST APIs • Hands-on experience with

ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB • Exposure to monitoring tools such as

Centreon & Azure Monitor • Experience with

SCCM/Intune patch automation • IT tools optimization, integrations, dashboards & reporting • Strong understanding of

ITIL v4, security and operational governance
