Experteer Overview
In this role you drive site start-up and activation for clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely initiation. You work with cross-functional teams to prepare submissions, coordinate approvals, and draft essential study documents, contributing to faster patient access to new therapies. You will engage in regulatory timelines and quality-focused processes within ICON’s mission-driven environment. This is an opportunity to impact study initiation at scale in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents (clinical trial applications and ethics submissions).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals for study initiation.
• Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Support study teams in developing study documents (protocols, informed consent forms, investigator brochures).
• Participate in start-up meetings and provide input on regulatory requirements and timelines.

Responsabilidades




• English fluency and proficiency in at least one additional language (Norwegian, Danish, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Romanian).
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration capability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
