Experteer Overview
In this role you drive data modernization for Allianz Services, leading hands-on migration programs and cloud-native data, AI, and GenAI services. You collaborate with international teams to re-platform legacy estates, decommission outdated tech, and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll align technical goals with executives and engineers, shaping the data foundation to support the group’s digital transformation. This is a chance to influence how data enables smarter insurance and asset management at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the engagement lifecycle: assess current state, design target architecture, plan migrations, define scope, govern delivery and measure outcomes
• Lead data modernization: create migration roadmaps, sequencing, cutover plans and decide on architecture and tooling
• Align stakeholders: build trust with engineering, architecture and executives and secure decisions in complex environments
• Translate requirements into delivery plans: craft target-state architecture, data models, migration approach, resourcing and timelines
• Govern execution hands-on: manage delivery cadence,



review designs and code as needed, monitor KPIs and risks, resolve blockers
• Drive continuous improvement: identify follow-on modernization opportunities and provide thought leadership on data platforms and best practices

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in hands-on data delivery roles
• 2+ years leading data modernization or migration programs
• Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Architecture and Solution Architecture
• Data modeling, ETL/ELT, and cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Experience with legacy-to-cloud re-platforming and decommissioning legacy systems (e.g., SAS)
• Strong communication skills with technical and executive audiences
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, data, and architecture teams
• Delivery methodologies (Agile/Lean) and DataOps/CI-CD practices
• Hands-on approach; comfortable coding and design work
• Fluent English; other languages a plus
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred
