Experteer Overview
As Senior Digital Product Analyst, you will support the Decide u0026amp; Invest mission within Santander’s Savings u0026amp; Investments platform, translating strategy into detailed customer journeys and scalable digital capabilities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver an end-to-end investment experience across multiple markets, while contributing to global product initiatives. This is a hands-on role that shapes how customers execute investments through data-driven insights and strong collaboration. You’ll operate at the intersection of business, customer experience, and technology with a clear impact on millions of Santander customers.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and business priorities to identify experience improvements
• Translate product strategy into functional requirements and user stories
• Design end-to-end customer journeys and digital experiences (onboarding, profiling, suitability, portfolios, execution, servicing)
• Define business rules, specs, and acceptance criteria
• Design intuitive investment journeys to boost engagement and reduce friction
• Coordinate with engineering and cross-country teams to ensure high-quality delivery




• Refine and maintain product backlog; support sprint planning and validation
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Tech, Business and local teams; support workshops and cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to cross-stream initiatives as priorities require

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar in digital environments
• Experience translating business needs into journeys and scalable products
• Strong understanding of digital product development and technology principles
• Customer-centric mindset with analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile product teams
• Ability to collaborate across stakeholders, countries and cross-functional teams
• Comfort working across multiple product areas and cross-stream initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in digital banking, wealth management, fintech or digital platforms valued
