Uberall is expanding its Technical Support team to work remotely from Spain, providing first- technical level support for our French-speaking customers. Fluency in French is required, with English also expected for collaboration across a integral team.
You will manage ongoing technical relationships, escalate bugs when needed, and collaborate with the wider Customer Organisation to improve processes and documentation.
