You'll help shape scalable architecture, keep code quality high, and act as a technical reference point for junior engineers on the team. This is a role for someone who's past needing guardrails and ready to help set them for others.What You'll Do- Independently design, develop, and optimize backend solutions end to end.- Design scalable backend systems with maintainability and performance in mind.- Contribute to the development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines.- Develop unit tests and automate workflows to keep code quality high.- Act as a technical reference for junior engineers --- guidance, not hand-holding.- Document backend systems so the whole team can build on them,
