Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead HR implementations across Deel’s product suite, ensuring accurate data migration and seamless configuration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide clients through setup, migration, and training to maximize value from Deel tools. You will act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and coordinating with sales, onboarding, and product teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape large-scale HR migrations while supporting diverse customers globally.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Assist clients with migration to Deel’s HR tools to ensure a smooth rollout
• Consult with client stakeholders to recommend implementation best practices
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools and their integration with other products
• Use project management approaches to guide onboarding and sales-cycle planning
• Perform data imports and migration planning to ensure data integrity




• Safeguard sensitive employee information and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Contribute to internal process improvements and automation opportunities

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience
• Experience managing large HR datasets with high accuracy
• Strong project management skills with meticulous migration planning
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Proficiency with HR systems and related tools
• Strong training and customer enablement mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship management
