Experteer Overview
In this role, you will help design and build a strategic oversight platform that monitors trade-generation activities for a leading hedge fund. You’ll work at the intersection of trading, technology, and AI, shaping systems that impact investment execution and business outcomes. Expect collaboration with experienced investors, traders, and engineers across the full stack—from React-based UIs to high-performance backend services—on modern cloud-native infrastructure. You’ll drive reliability, scalability, and best practices across the stack while leveraging AI-enabled development tools. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, build and support mission-critical trading and investment applications
• Develop modern frontend applications using React for sophisticated users
• Build scalable backend services with Java,



Scala and additional technologies such as Go or Python
• Design and optimize APIs, data models and database solutions
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform
• Contribute to architecture, engineering standards and best practices across the technology stack
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
• Partner with investors and traders to solve complex business and technical challenges
• Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence in distributed systems
• Evaluate and help implement emerging AI capabilities across engineering workflows
