Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and drive the strategy for enterprise Content Enablement platforms, spanning planning, authoring, MLR, DAM, distribution, integrations, and analytics. You’ll partner with global business teams and technology groups to shape a scalable, compliant product roadmap that delivers measurable business value across markets. You’ll lead cross-functional execution in a complex, regulated environment, leveraging technical depth to align architecture, data flows, and vendor solutions with business priorities. This is a strategic, impact-driven leadership role at a global scale, focused on transforming content capabilities.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for International Content Enablement platforms (planning, authoring, MLR, DAM, distribution, integrations, reporting and analytics)
• Lead technology product management for key Content Enablement capabilities (Aprimo, Anthill Activator, Wrike, ScreenDragon/TactPlan, integrations, UAM, reporting, and related MarTech capabilities)
• Translate business needs and customer journeys into clear product priorities, epics, features and delivery outcomes
• Partner with business product owners, solution architects, delivery leads, service managers, engineers, vendors and enterprise functions
• Drive roadmap governance, prioritization, quarterly planning and value tracking to align investments with outcomes
• Provide leadership across complex delivery landscapes, managing dependencies, risks, issues, escalations and decisions
• Drive adoption, change enablement and country deployment activities with international stakeholders
• Lead vendor engagement, technology evaluation, contract input and product capability assessments for strategic platform decisions
• Promote agile, product-led and DevOps practices for transparency and continuous improvement
• Lead the DDIT Budget, resourcing, and demand management; provide executive updates and recommendations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, Digital Product Management or related discipline
• Extensive experience in technology product management within a complex enterprise
• Strong understanding of end-to-end content lifecycle capabilities (planning, creation, MLR, DAM, authoring, distribution, taxonomy, integrations, analytics)
• Experience with MarTech, SAAS and content enablement platforms such as Aprimo, Veeva Vault/PromoMats, Anthill Activator, Wrike, ScreenDragon/TactPlan
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and translate business outcomes into technology capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management with senior cross-geography experience
• Experience managing complex delivery portfolios across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid models
• Experience working in regulated environments with security, privacy, quality, compliance and audit awareness
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and executive storytelling skills
• Ability to work with distributed global teams and multi-market deployments
