About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational IT department.



This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services across the business while leading our Development and Systems Analysis teams. In this role you will be the link between IT and the wider organisation, managing supplier relationships, driving service excellence, resolving business-critical issues, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Head of IT and Projects , you will work alongside a collaborative IT leadership team. While technical architecture and strategic technology decisions sit with our Technical Governance Forum, you will own the day-to-day delivery, performance, and operational success of our IT services.

Lead and Develop Our Technical Teams
- Manage and inspire a team of Developers and Systems Analysts, including two Senior Developers.
