Experteer Overview
In this role you empower tech teams to adopt Generative AI and Agentic AI by delivering demos, workshops, and coaching on AWS Bedrock, Python, Terraform, and CI/CD. You’ll guide learners through AI reskilling, collaborating with experts to align with company standards. This position combines hands-on tech enablement with mentoring, within a supportive, growth-focused culture. You’ll thrive by shaping teams into autonomous AI practitioners and by advancing our AI enablement initiative.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deliver technical demos, workshops, and coaching sessions focused on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI
• Support technology teams through their AI reskilling journey and track learner progression
• Collaborate with technical experts to understand standards and promote adoption
• Answer technical questions and provide ongoing follow-up with learner groups
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing activities and enablement programs




• Contribute to the design of development plans and continuous learning initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Solid technical experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock, and Python
• Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI and foundations for AI agents
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices, and Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities with the capacity to explain concepts clearly to developers
• Experience supporting technical teams through training, workshops, demos, coaching or knowledge-sharing activities
