We're looking for a Footwear & Accessories Designer with a strong creative vision and solid technical expertise to lead the development of these categories within our collections.Desplácese hacia abajo para ver todos los requisitos del puesto y las responsabilidades que pueden esperar los candidatos seleccionados.As a Footwear & Accessories Designer at Gimaguas, you will be responsible for driving the creative and technical development of each collection, taking products from concept through to final production.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design of the footwear and accessories: including bags and small accessories within each collection.- Develop technical packs and detailed product specifications.- Research trends, materials, constructions, components and manufacturing techniques aligned with the Gimaguas universe.- Develop concepts, moodboards and creative proposals.- Design footwear and accessories, including materials, constructions, hardware, finishes, colours and silhouettes.- Follow up on technical development together with suppliers, factories and the product team.- Review prototypes, samples and fittings, ensuring the highest standards of quality,



fit and execution.- Collaborate with the rest of the design team to ensure collection consistency.- Support other product categories according to team needs (cross-functional vision).Requirements- 4+ years of experience designing footwear and/or accessories within a contemporary, premium or luxury fashion brand.- Strong technical knowledge of footwear and accessories development, construction and manufacturing processes.- Experience creating detailed technical packs and working directly with factories.- Strong understanding of materials, leathers, textiles, hardware and product development.- Excellent aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.- Ability to balance creativity with technical problem-solving.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (knowledge of Rhino, CLO or similar software is a plus).- Fluent in English.What we value- Curiosity and a strong interest in fashion, design, art and craftsmanship.- A hands-on attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.- A desire to contribute beyond your own category and grow within the design team.What we offer- Join a fast-growing creative fashion brand.- Be part of a highly collaborative and ambitious team.- High ownership and creative impact. xqysrnh- Offices in Barcelona.
