The role is based in Madrid.Responsibilities:Manage the overall performance of operating renewable energy assets.Monitor financial, operational, and contractual obligations to ensure optimal asset value.Lead relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, off-takers, and service providers.Collaborate with O&M teams to ensure operational excellence, HSE compliance, and contract performance.Drive performance improvements through KPI monitoring, best practices,



and process enhancements.Manage asset budgets, P&L performance, reporting requirements, and support audits.Assist with asset acquisitions, due diligence activities, and the integration of new projects into the portfolio.Requirements:Plus 3 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, operations, or a similar role.Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.Strong understanding of solar PV and renewable energy asset operations.Experience with utility-scale BESS assets is an advantage.Solid commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. xhfqzwm Self-motivated team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
