We're seeking a dynamic and results-obsessed Senior Advertising Account Manager / Client Success Lead to spearhead our most critical agency and advertiser relationships in Spain. You'll be the strategic linchpin, empowering agencies and brands to achieve performance at scale through our comprehensive, end-to-end service. We are looking for someone who has solid experience managing client and agency relationships, and also has the willingness to lead commercial conversations to help those accounts progress on our enterprise business. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Experience (Leveling Dependent):




- Senior Enterprise Account Manager: At least 5 years of client-facing experience within digital advertising, online media, or premium ad-tech platforms, with a proven track record of account expansion.
- Client Success Lead: At least 8 years of experience within digital advertising, demonstrating strong strategic leadership and advanced commercial negotiation skills.
- Local Expertise: Native or fluent in Spanish with an excellent level of written and spoken English; and Portuguese as a plus.
- Technical Comfort: Excellent technological skills and the ability to quickly learn what is needed to support successful campaign implementation and optimization from a technical point of view. You need to be completely comfortable navigating digital architectures, tracking frameworks, and troubleshooting server-to-server/conversion API integrations.
- Commercial & Relationship Skills: Outstanding relationship management and custome
