About the role
You will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the Service. You will identify opportunities to improve the way we work, designing and delivering innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions that increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will champion the responsible use of AI,



helping staff make the best use of technology while ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, user-centred and deliver measurable benefits. You will also support the delivery of the Service's Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) priorities, helping to embed continuous improvement and innovation throughout the Service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and deliver opportunities to improve how the Service operates through digital change, focusing on improving productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and deliver practical solutions using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, creating eForms, using automated data workflows such as Power Automate, SharePoint sites, datasets and notifications, to automate corporate processes, ensuring efficiency and ease of use for all levels of corporate roles.
