Support the Financial Controller in ensuring that the assets and liabilities of the company are properly recorded and appropriately controlled. This is a 1-year maternity cover contract.
Prepare monthly PL analysis for all entities for review with Financial Controller.
~ Preparing and posting regular monthly journals including management fee, accruals, prepayments.
~ Ensuring timely accrual,



payment and filling of all local & statutory requirements, including corporate tax and remaining regulatory requirements.
~ Monitoring Intercompany postings, preparing reconciliations at month end, support Intercompany team.
~ Quarterly VAT return preparation, filing and reconciliation.
~Preparing MIS for US Tax return and quarterly advance tax payments.
~ Handle all accounting / reporting compliance for all entities under Europe / NAM region (onse not covered above).
~ Monitoring and improving the data flows into the accounting system with the IT team including analysis control
~ Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
~ Cash cheques in the bank, process details in the accounting system and inform the person responsible.
~ Assist with intercompany reconciliations - Intercompany accounts maintenance and reconciliation, posting of recharges, issuing recharge invoices
~ Main coordinator for external and internal audit
