As Global Sourcing Manager, you will lead direct procurement of raw materials for the EMEA region, aligning with global category strategies and regional needs. You’ll work closely with the global category team and regional stakeholders to drive cost-effective sourcing and reliable supplier partnerships. You will identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes within raw materials, contributing to Crown Paints’ procurement excellence. This role offers scope to influence sourcing at a global scale while supporting sustainable and ethical supply chains.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in direct procurement or sourcing, preferably in raw materials or related industries.
• Strong supplier management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proven project management abilities to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders across regions to align sourcing with operational needs.
• Fluency in English; experience in manufacturing or coatings/chemical industries is beneficial but not required.
