- Engineering Excellence: Lead and conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations on key technical aspects.
- Innovate: Initiate and drive innovation with a focus on cutting-edge technology.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor for product strategy, development, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Effective Communication: Professionally document and communicate with all company functions, from the shop floor to the board level.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies,



and calculations in wind turbine technology.
- Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
- Proactive and Decisive: Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project.
