We are seeking a proactive, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our innovative, high-performing team in Madrid.
Core Responsibilities You will be instrumental in expanding our market footprint by building a strong pipeline and securing qualified sales meetings within the DACH / German market . Qualify potential leads and book discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Prior background in the SaaS space , especially e-commerce, search platforms, or digital marketing tools.
Experience working in fast-paced startup settings or aggressive outbound sales environments.
German: Native / Fluent-level proficiency (required for engaging prospects across the DACH market).
English or Spanish: Work Setup: 100% On-site in our Madrid office.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00; Onboarding: Includes a comprehensive one-month training program covering our software, scripts, and sales methodology.
Uncapped Commission: Base target of €600/month, supplemented by a performance-based multiplier for booking meetings:
