Experteer Overview As Technical Leader for the Transmission u0026amp; Distribution discipline, you will steer HV/EHV substation projects and act as the technical authority for engineering, protection, and control systems. You’ll guide cross-functional teams through all project stages to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant solutions across AIS and GIS substations. This role supports grid reinforcement, renewable integration, and large infrastructure programs, partnering with clients and stakeholders to uphold high technical standards. You’ll shape technical strategy and governance while fostering a culture of excellence. - Act as technical authority for primary and secondary substation engineering across projects
- Provide leadership for protection and control systems in HV projects
- Oversee HV/EHV primary design including AIS/GIS, layouts, busbar schemes, and cable interfaces
- Define engineering strategies aligned with standards, client specs, and network needs
- Review critical engineering deliverables: layouts, configurations, clearances, studies, protection concepts, relay settings
- Guide integration of HV equipment, protection systems, SCADA interfaces,



and primary substations
- Lead technical design reviews and assurance processes
- Provide technical oversight across major infrastructure and substation programs and multidisciplinary coordination
- Mentor engineers and develop engineering capabilities cross-project
- Coordinate resources to ensure efficient delivery and quality
- Support development of technical proposals and major bids
- Act as senior client interface with stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
- Contribute to commissioning, construction support, and site engineering activitiesResponsabilidades
- Degree in electrical engineering
- Experience in HV primary substation engineering including protection and control engineering
- Proven experience delivering large transmission or distribution substation projects across multiple phases
- Experience providing technical leadership and governance across engineering teams
