Our approach to service is professional but genuine: we want our guests to feel welcome, comfortable and looked after without making hospitality feel formal or forced.Your role- Welcoming and taking care of our guests throughout their experience at Alma- Taking orders and providing friendly, knowledgeable service- Serving food, wine and drinks- Preparing and maintaining the restaurant for service- Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams- Keeping your section organised and running smoothly- Helping the team wherever needed during busy servicesAlma is a relatively small restaurant, so teamwork and flexibility are essential.
