Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead end-to-end creative production for Amazon's Barcelona Creative Hub, guiding a cross-functional team of art directors and videographers. You’ll shape creative concepts, production strategies, and on-set decisions to deliver high-quality content across video, LED, photography, and motion. You’ll work with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize workflows, timelines, and budgets while upholding brand standards. • Manage end-to-end creative production for multiple brands and campaigns from concept to delivery
• Define creative needs and provide expert guidance to stakeholders and clients
• Recommend production approaches and launch strategies based on past performance and goals
• Directly manage a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and creatives; collaborate with Producers, Digitechs, Stylists, Editors, and 3D Artists
• Drive timely decisions, unblock blockers, and escalate to accelerate campaign progress




• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across concurrent productions
• Provide creative insights to inform production decisions and boost performance
• Ensure output meets quality standards and brand guidelines
• Optimize workflows and team processes; suggest improvements for cross-team collaboration
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and production partners
• Own people management responsibilities including performance reviews, coaching, and hiring

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of people management experience in a high-growth environment
• 5+ years of content management, communications, or content strategy experience
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Budgeting, scheduling, and technical workflows experience
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
• Experience with large-scale, integral creative campaigns
