Project Planner – Industrial Electrical Projects Location: Upper Austria, Austria Working Pattern: 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Work Arrangement: Fully Office-Based Salary: €4,000 per month net Sector: Industrial Electrical / Construction / Mission-Critical Projects The Opportunit You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project programmes throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to final completion. Working closely with project, commercial, engineering, and site teams, you will provide accurate planning information, identify potential delays and risks, and help drive projects towards key milestones in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering technically complex projects to demanding quality, safety, and programme requirement Key Responsibilities As Project Planner, you will be responsible f or: Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, integrating scope, milestones, resources, and key deliverable Monitoring project performance against approved baseline program Identifying schedule risks, delays, and potential areas of concern, implementing corrective actions where required Working closely with site teams to gather accurate, real-time progress information Leading planning and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders Reviewing project sequencing and resource requirements to improve efficiency and programme performance corporation scope changes, variations,
and revised requirements into project schedule Producing clear and accurate progress reports for project leadership and senior management Supporting schedule risk mitigation and developing recovery or corrective action plans Developing and maintaining short-term lookahead programmes to support site delivery Maintaining accurate planning data, records, and programme documentation in accordance with project and company requirements Supporting the wider project team with planning, forecasting, progress measurement, and programme analysis About you We are looking for an experienced planner who can demonstrate strong technical planning capability alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Essential Requirements EU Passport – essential Proven expertise in Primavera P6 – essential Minimum 3 years' experience in project planning and scheduling Experience working on large-scale construction, engineering, or electrical projects Fluent written and spoken English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project and site teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable Experience Previous experience on mission-critical projects Previous data centre project experience Experience within the electrical construction or MEP sector Experience working on large-scale projects across EU rope
