Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the delivery of technical solutions and programs for inventory management of non-inventory supplies across Amazon’s general operations. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy to influence procurement at scale. You will drive end-to-end program lifecycles, architect scalable AI-driven solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how Amazon procures and manages supplies globally.

• Define and manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology programs
• Develop requirements, high-level designs, integration plans, and specifications with engineering, product, and business teams
• Lead architecture discussions leveraging AWS and AI to ensure scalable, secure, and operational solutions
• Oversee integration with existing software/hardware across sites and resolve cross-team challenges
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks,



and mitigation plans
• Facilitate business and technical meetings and ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved
• Communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders across levels
• Adjust project plans in response to shifting priorities and balance short-term delivery with long-term goals
• Drive process improvements to speed delivery and reduce overhead
• Scale products within the program to new regions, lines, or use cases with cross-functional execution
