We are looking for a Sales Manager Large Projects to lead the pursuit and successful acquisition of strategic, large-scale turnkey system projects within Grid Integration. In this highly visible role, you will manage complex international opportunities from early customer engagement through bidding and negotiation to successful contract closure. You will shape winning capture strategies, coordinate multinational and cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with customers, developers, investors, transmission system operators, and consortium partners. Your commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex project sales environments will be key to securing projects that support the integral energy transition. This role offers the opportunity to influence some of the industry's most significant energy infrastructure projects while contributing to the long-term growth of our business. How You'll Make An Impact
- Identify, qualify, and manage strategic large-project opportunities valued at several hundred million Euros.
- Coordinate multinational, cross-functional teams throughout the entire pursuit lifecycle, from opportunity identification and bid development to negotiation, contract award, and handover to execution.
- Develop and execute capture strategies, including customer engagement plans, market positioning, pricing strategies, market assessments, and risk and opportunity evaluations.
