The role
We are looking for a Business Development Trainee currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business (Management, International Business, Business Development, MBA or similar) with a technical background or Bachelor's in Engineering (Biomedical, Industrial, or related technical disciplines).
You will join our cross-functional Business Development team to actively participate in market expansion, lead generation, and international client acquisition. While your main focus will be on driving growth within our medical unit , you will also provide cross-BU support for our other divisions.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze the technology and medical device sectors, identify industry trends, map target market segments,
and spot potential strategic partners and international clients.
- Adapt commercial messages and collaborate in creating Specific Value Proposals tailored to client needs, market demands, and engineering projects.
- Proactively research target company niches, qualify potential leads, and initiate first contacts to open new business opportunities.
- Actively participate in commercial meetings with international clients, understand their technical and business requirements, and support proposal follow-ups toward closing.
- Support pre-event strategy and outreach for key industry trade fairs, schedule client meetings, and manage post-event lead follow-ups.
- Align with Idneo's engineering, regulatory, and project management teams to ensure seamless technical-commercial proposals and client onboarding.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business (Management, MBA, International Business, or similar) with a prior Bachelor
