Assists in preparing the project cost estimate
Assists in preparing the Project Cost Plan
Responsible for cost control
Reports on the status of project costs
Manages Project Change Orders




Assists in defining contract closings and the contract with the client
Supports the project’s financial close
Manages potential deviations from the contract
Manages claims and the legal implications of the contract with government entities
Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction cost control. Work Location: On-site at project locations and/or client offices.
