You will define the strategic vision, lead a high‐performing team of AI experts, and transform cutting‐edge technologies into scalable solutions that drive real business impact across global markets.
What are we looking for?
- 8–10+ years of experience in AI, Data, Machine Learning, or Digital Product environments, with fluent English and experience working in international settings.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, including NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning pipelines, cloud‐based AI services, and modern AI ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Define and execute the AI strategy and product roadmap, identifying high‐value use cases and transforming PoCs into scalable,



market‐ready solutions.
- Drive business development, pre‐sales, and client engagement activities, helping shape proposals, close opportunities, and expand AI offerings.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across international markets to align AI initiatives with business needs and growth objectives.
- Define AI value propositions, positioning, pricing, and go‐to‐market strategies to maximize commercial success and market differentiation.
- Ensure the successful delivery of production‐ready AI solutions, balancing innovation, scalability, maintainability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands‐on leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value while driving continuous improvement and results.
