We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team working on next-generation Digital Products for connected healthcare. You will act as agile mentor and facilitator for a cross-functional team, helping shape products that meet the demanding standards of our healthcare partners and customers.

Responsibilities

- Work within an agile environment where teamwork is central to everything we do.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data Analytics, IoMT, and design.
- Take on the role of Scrum Master, agile mentor, and facilitator for team meetings and stakeholder communication.
- Support the team and take ownership of the team's overall health.
- Promote and develop the team's self-organizational abilities.
- Challenge proposed solutions and help improve team processes.
- Support, advise, and share knowledge with other team members.
- Act as an internal change agent, driving the organization's shift toward more Agile, adaptive ways of working.

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on application of Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences, including executives and customers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
- Ability to drive change within your team and product scope.
- Passion for agile topics,



with the drive to motivate the team and sustain momentum.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Curiosity and openness to new technologies.

Considered a plus

- Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks for scaling agile teams.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
