and mobile devices.- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.- Perform hardware replacements and device upgrades.- Support Windows 11 deployments and imaging activities.- Manage inventory, asset tracking, and hardware requests.- Coordinate equipment shipments and vendor deliveries.- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.What we're looking forMandatory- Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or EUC environments.- Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Fluent English and Spanish.Nice to Have- Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.- Windows 11 imaging and deployment experience.- Asset and inventory management experience.What we offer- Permanent contract.- Competitive salary package.- Restaurant tickets.- Referral program.- Training and certification opportunities.- International and collaborative work environment.Please note: This position is 100% office-based and requires daily on-site presence to provide hands-on support to end users and manage workplace devices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
