As a Future Connections Developer, you will bepart of a multidisciplinary team of Telco engineers and software developers incharge of developing cross-platform applications for network optimisationautomation, performance monitoring and evaluation, data analytics andvisualisation using the latest data science techniques and software developmentbest practices. We'relooking for someone who genuinely embraces AI-assisted development as a corepart of how they work — using tools like Claude, Git Hub Copilot or similar todesign, build and ship faster — while still applying solid engineeringjudgement to review, validate and take ownership of everything that goes intoproduction. This is not an entry-level profile: we need someone with realhands-on experience who knows when to trust the AI and when to take the wheel. As part of your role, you will… Back-End Develop in Python,using libraries such as Fast API, Flask, Pandas, and Num Py. Work with SQL and No SQL databases. Use efficientarchitectures based on microservices and distributed systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Linux, and AWS. Front-End Develop moderncomponents using Type Script and React JS. Implement responsiveand accessible interfaces with Tailwind CSS. Across the stack Use AI-assisteddevelopment tools (such as Claude, Git Hub Copilot or similar) to enhanceand accelerate code development, on both Back-End and Front-End. Youwill work in a collaborative, multivendor and multicustomer environment,contributing to projects for major wireless operators in Spain and across Europe. You'll operate within virtualised and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and will have the freedom to propose new tools, frameworks ormethodologies to improve our applications. The position is based in Spain, andthanks to our flexible working model, you can choose whether you prefer to workfully remotely, in a hybrid format, or from the office.



Requirements +4 years of experience in software development Strong experience in Back-End development with Python, especially using frameworks such as Fast API and Flask, and libraries like Pandas and Num Py Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs, with familiarity with API contracts, authentication and service-to-service communication. Experience developing distributed, event-driven applications using technologies such as Kafka, asynchronous processing and microservice architectures. Proficient in Type Script with experience developing Front-End applications using React. Experience workingwith SQL and No SQL databases. Familiarity withcloud environments (e.G., AWS, Azure, or GCP ). Knowledge ofcontainerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Solid, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools across the full stack —able to prompt, review and validate AI-generated code with confidence. Familiarity with a pplication monitoring, structured logging, metrics and distributed tracing in cloud-native environments. Experience implementing unit, integration, end-to-end and API contract testing to ensure software quality and maintainability. English level B2 or higher (spoken and written). Nice to have Familiarity with mobile network KPIs, alarms, OSS concepts and 4 G/5 G network data structures.
