The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral part of delivering our promise to guests. The HRBP will be responsible for executing strategy and assisting with full employee lifecycle processes. The HRBP will report to the Head of HR Iberia and partner with operational managers on key initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance.

Essential Functions




- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with leaders and teams, ensuring HR strategies, processes and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business across all People & Culture matters, providing expert HR guidance in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Provide purposeful, forward‑thinking coaching and feedback to managers and employees at all levels, addressing employee relations issues, performance challenges and organizational needs.
- Lead and manage Employee Relations activities, acting as a trusted advisor to managers in complex people matters to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
- Manage and oversee disciplinary processes, including investigations, sanctions, warnings and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation and internal policies.
