Introduction: We are looking for someone that is native in Spanish with a knack for relationship /account management with a can do attitude.

In this Role, you’ll get to:




- Build and progressively expand the portfolio of local hotel partners within the Spanish market by introducing prospective high‑potential partners to the Trip.com proposition and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Promote the Trip.com brand name and its online reservation services to hotels, inspiring trust and engagement through compelling storytelling and value‑driven conversations.
- Take full ownership of your market, treating it as your own project within a startup‑like environment where autonomy, speed, and initiative are key to success.
- Maintain best‑rate parity, availability, and inventory of responsible hotels.
- Advise and encourage hotels to join regular marketing campaigns and promotions, adapting the message to their needs and helping them fall in love with our vision.
