In this role you will
Execute user acquisition (UA) strategies for games at all stages of development, including prototyping, soft launch, and integral release — with a focus on titles driven by in-app purchases (IAP) or subscriptions.
Manage the UA strategy for each product based on its specific goals and lifecycle stage.
Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive scalable growth.
Collaborate closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to design and execute tests that enhance both user acquisition effectiveness and overall product performance.




Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights and continuously improve both UA efficiency and return on investment.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and market shifts in order to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
Share knowledge, insights, and best practices across teams to support personal and collective growth in UA capabilities.
Candidate with experience as a lead would be considered in a hybrid role, also leading a small team of User Acquisition experts.
