Experteer Overview
As an Android Mobile Applications Engineer, you will own the development and lifecycle of an enterprise Android app used to manage telecom infrastructure data. You will collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to enhance usability, performance, and reliability, while ensuring compliance and smooth deployment. You will shape mobile architecture, integrate backend services, and oversee CI/CD, testing, and release processes. This role offers impact through modernization of field and office workflows and improved data quality. You will work in an agile environment, delivering operational excellence and enterprise-grade solutions.

• Develop Android applications using Flutter and native Android technologies where appropriate
• Design scalable mobile architectures and ensure maintainability and performance
• Implement automated tests, code reviews, and documentation to guarantee quality




• Integrate backend services and enterprise APIs
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Support Intune/MDM deployment and enterprise distribution
• Implement crash reporting and analytics to monitor app health
• Assist with operational handover, maintenance, and agile delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owner and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the app

Responsabilidades
• Experience with Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, and Python
• Knowledge of Android SDK and enterprise mobility management (Intune/MDM)
• Familiarity with version control (GitLab) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with API integration and scalable mobile architectures
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment and own mobile components
