You will act as a key collaborator between Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to manage the lifecycle of supplier contracts and payments.

* Drive Financial Accuracy: Create and track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and accruals using our financial systems to ensure all supplier payments are precise and timely.
* Optimize Data Integrity: Maintain and update contract information within our tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy at all times.
* Master Contract Lifecycle Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for the contract signature process, from initial request through to service termination and final reconciliation.
