You will help international travelers and accommodation partners by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer questions by phone and email.- Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.- Support travelers and accommodation suppliers with service, payment, and technical issues.- Follow set processes and maintain high service standards.- Mediate between customers and partners when needed.Requirements- Danish at C2 level and strong English.- Confident communication skills, written and spoken.- Comfortable using Office 365, CRM tools,
