Project Planner – Industrial Electrical ProjectsLocation: Upper Austria, AustriaWorking Pattern: 3 Weeks On / 1 Week OffWork Arrangement: Fully Office-BasedSalary: €4,000 per month netSector: Industrial Electrical / Construction / Mission-Critical ProjectsThe OpportunitYou will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project programmes throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to final completion.Working closely with project, commercial, engineering, and site teams, you will provide accurate planning information, identify potential delays and risks, and help drive projects towards key milestones in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.The organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering technically complex projects to demanding quality, safety, and programme requirementKey ResponsibilitiesAs Project Planner, you will be responsible for:Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, integrating scope, milestones, resources, and key deliverableMonitoring project performance against approved baseline programIdentifying schedule risks, delays, and potential areas of concern, implementing corrective actions where requiredWorking closely with site teams to gather accurate, real-time progress informationLeading planning and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholdersReviewing project sequencing and resource requirements to improve efficiency and programme performancecorporation scope changes, variations,



and revised requirements into project scheduleProducing clear and accurate progress reports for project leadership and senior managementSupporting schedule risk mitigation and developing recovery or corrective action plansDeveloping and maintaining short-term lookahead programmes to support site deliveryMaintaining accurate planning data, records, and programme documentation in accordance with project and company requirementsSupporting the wider project team with planning, forecasting, progress measurement, and programme analysisAbout youWe are looking for an experienced planner who can demonstrate strong technical planning capability alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Essential RequirementsEU Passport – essentialProven expertise in Primavera P6 – essentialMinimum 3 years' experience in project planning and schedulingExperience working on large-scale construction, engineering, or electrical projectsFluent written and spoken EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary project and site teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesDesirable ExperiencePrevious experience on mission-critical projectsPrevious data centre project experienceExperience within the electrical construction or MEP sectorExperience working on large-scale projects across EUrope
