Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Arup Madrid’s bidding team to win strategic opportunities, coordinating pursuit activities and bid development. You will work cross-functionally with technical, project, and communications colleagues to produce focused, timely submissions that reflect Arup’s value proposition. You’ll participate in regional bid networks and shape win strategies with senior stakeholders. • Be the primary point of contact for Spain Group's pursuit and bid support
• Proactively manage tender processes including scheduling, compliance, and document production
• Guide proposal development with input from technical teams and project managers
• Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, and client managers to strengthen winning strategy
• Attend BD and go/no-go meetings and capture pipeline priorities
• Contribute to bidding process improvements and regional network initiatives
• Coordinate regional resourcing to align with priority bids and clients
• Support client-facing activities including presentations and interview prep




• Promote best-practice bidding tools, templates, and resources
• Ensure accurate CRM use and bid lifecycle data integrity
• Liaise with SharePoint and collateral/knowledge teams for bid materials
• Mentor and supervise team members and provide training and feedback
• Input to hiring decisions and future capability planning in collaboration with the BD leader

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years’ experience in pursuits and bids in the AEC industry or similar
• Experience leading pursuit teams across multiple markets and locations
• Experience with bid lifecycle and regional bid delivery
• Proven ability to build influential relationships with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of current AEC bidding trends and procurement methods
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in marketing and communications technologies
• APMP certification desirable
