Experteer Overview
You lead technical direction for Roche’s Digital Solutions after-market portfolio, driving quality, reliability, and patient safety. In a matrix setup, you influence cross-functional teams to resolve the most complex product-quality investigations. You’ll enable sound technical decisions while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. This role offers impact across cloud-based platforms, connected devices, and digital ecosystems, within a mission to advance healthcare outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide technical leadership for investigations and resolution of complex customer complaints and product quality issues across the Digital Solutions portfolio
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations with software engineers, product teams, quality experts, and global affiliates to deliver timely root-cause analyses
• Enable teams to make sound technical decisions while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
• Identify trends from field experience and customer feedback to drive proactive quality improvements
• Collaborate with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices and ways of working across the Digital Solutions Chapter





Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership within cloud-based and distributed software environments
• Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations
• Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps, or digital health solutions
• Passion for coaching engineers and developing technical communities through mentorship
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
