Experteer Overview As a Project Engineer in TOMRA Food’s Valencia team, you design and deliver customer projects across our food sorting and processing portfolio, from concept through commissioning. You collaborate with Sales, Operations and Service to translate specifications into operational layouts, 3D concepts and robust documentation. You’ll travel up to 20% to sites, ensuring safe, compliant and timely project execution. - Scope projects and develop cost estimates for bespoke solutions during quotation stage
- Review customer specifications and ensure project requirements compliance
- Perform on-site risk assessments and manage installation actions
- Develop 3D model concepts using SolidWorks
- Create 2D plant layouts in AutoCAD
- Create project-specific Pu0026ID, electrical lists and third-party interfaces
- Conduct site visits for measurements and installation assessment
- Maintain engineering documentation for new designs and modifications
- Oversee multiple projects across TOMRA FOOD portfolio

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years in a design-related engineering role
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and 2D technical drawing
- SolidWorks experience required
- Experience in creating engineering documentation and technical drawings
- Spanish and English proficiency
- Valid driving license
- Ability to travel up to 20%
