About the roleAs a Junior SDR at Infinni, you'll be a key point of contact for potential customers across both inbound and outbound channels.



Your mission is to respond quickly to interest, proactively create new conversations, understand needs, and guide prospects through their trial so they convert to customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads by responding quickly, qualifying needs, and routing or booking next steps
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers via outbound outreach (email, DMs, Telegram, WhatsApp, calls)
- Qualify prospects in communities and inbound pipelines to assess fit and buying intent
- Book demos for the Sales team and support handoffs with clear notes and context
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, progress, and next steps
- Collaborate with marketing to test messaging, scripts, and campaigns across inbound and outbound
- Provide feedback from the field to help us improve our product and positioning
- Stay up to date on the creator economy and our competitors
