Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly social media strategies for the Watches and Fashion brands across Indonesia & Singapore




Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives
Lead content strategy and campaign planning across all social media channels
Drive creative content ideation and development in collaboration with internal and external teams
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and social media best practices through close collaboration with the Brand and Social Media Manager
Analyze weekly social media performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
Manage social listening across platforms to identify customer insights, monitor brand reputation, and uncover growth opportunities
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) across Indonesia & Singapore
Develop and execute KOL strategy, including identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships
Oversee end-to-end KOL and freelancer management, including coordination, deliverables, and payment processes
Plan, allocate, and monitor KOL bud
