About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gdańsk
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding support in a fast-paced international environment. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring smooth execution of the order-to-invoice process while collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise within a general organization that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer excellence.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing the order-to-invoice process
- Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone




- Providing after-sales support to business customers
- Managing customer orders and maintaining order accuracy
- Monitoring and handling backlog alerts and requested backlog changes
- Supporting customer reserved inventory management
- Cooperating closely with Sales, Assets, and Logistics teams
- Driving on-time delivery performance in line with customer and company goals
- Building customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement

This role follows standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with working hours of either 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00. We operate in a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week spent in our Gdańsk office. To ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support your learning and development, the first three months are office-based.
