What we look for?We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead (OutSystems 11 & ODC) with strong architectural vision and hands-on expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade applications and guide teams in best practices, innovation, and maintainability.High english level is required. Key Responsibilities:Define and review solution architectures for OutSystems applicationsEnsure compliance with architectural standards and development best practicesDesign process-driven and case-driven solutions using BPT and CMFGuide development teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approachesEstablish and enforce coding standards and development guidelinesPerform architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessmentsIdentify and resolve technical debt, anti-patterns, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecksParticipate in development activities and support release preparationMentor team members and provide continuous technical leadershipCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery Mandatory requirements:Strong expertise in OutSystems 11 and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)Deep knowledge of OutSystems architecture: modularization, dependency management, scalability,
