Experteer Overview
In this role you will strengthen agile delivery and operational excellence within a large organization. You will enable multiple agile teams to scale practices, improve collaboration, and reliably deliver business and IT initiatives. You work closely with cross-functional teams to foster transparency, self-organization, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape agile maturity and alignment across teams in a complex enterprise.

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective)
• Coach teams in agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
